Position
Thanks to its special site, it does not bear the consequences of being in the city centre where it is very difficult to park. Nevertheless the above particular location enables the guests to be very close to the city centre (ca. 500 metres) and it is only 200 metres form the Fortezza da Basso. It takes only 10 minutes by feet to reach most of the monumental squares of Florence. |

Description
The flat, restructured not long ago, is situated on the first floor in a building which dates back to the beginning of the century. The arched ceiling is coated with small bricks, the floors are coated with Florentine fired brick. Moreover, the rooms are finely furnished and well equipped with television and fridge. It is made up of two double rooms, a single one and an area used for breakfasts. The guests share the bathroom. |

Services and Moving
On your arrival you will find plenty of water, milk, butter, rusks, marmalades, jams and coffee in the fridge of your room. For those who instead arrive in Florence by car, a car park is exactly in front of the flat. While it is a paying car park from 8.00 in the morning through 8.00 in the evening, it is instead free during the night. It is furthermore possible to find some guarded car park with a daily rate near the flat. Bicycles and scooters can be rented, too. |
